कृदन्तदर्शिका is a Chrome add-on developed by sumant. It is a free program that falls under the category of Browsers and the subcategory of Add-ons & Tools. This add-on is designed to parse Sanskrit words and provide English meanings of the constituent words, as well as related Kridanta forms, if available.

The main functionalities of कृदन्तदर्शिका are twofold. Firstly, it can parse a long Sanskrit word and split it into its constituent words. Secondly, for each of the constituent words, it displays their English meanings, references from Amara Kosha, and Kridanta forms of the underlying Dhātu, when applicable.

To use कृदन्तदर्शिका, simply double-click on a Sanskrit word written in Devanāgari script that you want to split. The extension will parse the word and present a table of constituent words and their meanings. Additionally, there are three buttons provided, labeled 'E', 'अ', and 'कृ'. Clicking on these buttons will provide English meanings, references from Amara Kosha, and various Kridanta forms, respectively.
