Koushalam, developed by National Informatics Centre Bhopal, is an Android app that provides information on public domain regarding the Directorate skills development. The app offers circulars, news, forms, orders, events, tenders, and other relevant information related to skills development.

One of the main features of Koushalam is that it allows Institute users to upload their Geo-tagged images after logging in. Another significant feature of this app is that Zone officers can inspect various ITI institutes under their respective zone office. They can log in as a zone officer and go to the inspection screen to perform inspections by selecting the district, institute, and inspector name. The app also allows users to perform inspections even if their mobile doesn't have an internet connection. These inspections can be uploaded later on whenever the user comes in a network area.
