With Korean Air Cargo, logged-in users can easily book and update shipments hassle-free. The app allows for editing existing bookings and provides a Booking List feature to keep track of all bookings based on flight dates.

The tracking feature offers real-time updates on shipment status, including booking updates, piece-weight information, and flight routing details. Users can also check flight-level booking status instantly in the Reservation Information section. Additionally, logged-in users can subscribe to email/SMS notifications and view tracking history.

The application also enables users to search for flight schedules, providing daily and weekly schedules as well as flight operation status. By selecting the origin and destination airports, users can easily find the desired information.

For a personalized dashboard experience, the My Cargo feature offers customized content for logged-in users, enhancing agent engagement and customer experience. Users can refresh the dashboard to fetch new updates.

Furthermore, the Operations feature allows users to check customs clearance status for US-bound and EU-bound shipments. It also provides a list of AWBs (Airway Bills) that are boarded and offloaded from flights, as well as the quantity/weight of cargo accepted into the departure terminal for a specific MAWB (Master Airway Bill).
