This app allows you to choose between English, Russian, and Arabic. The English translation is provided by Google, while the other two are provided by Microsoft.

You’ll also be able to choose between a traditional layout and a modern layout. The traditional layout will let you scroll through the pages, while the modern layout will let you tap on a page to start reading.
