KnowNOW Health is a virtual medical platform developed by Gabisa Medical pLLC. Started in 2017 by a group of women doctors from the Bronx, the platform aims to increase access to medical care through the use of technology. With a vision of providing a single platform for patients to receive medical consultations, order lab tests, and receive prescriptions, KnowNOW Health offers a comprehensive range of medical services.

The platform initially launched KnowNOW STD in 2018, providing STD testing and Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PreP) for HIV prevention. In April 2020, KnowNOW Health expanded its services to include a full offering of medical care, including specialty care. This expansion came at a crucial time during the global pandemic, allowing experienced and caring KnowNOW Health providers to offer guidance, expertise, counseling, and treatment to patients in need.
