In Dragon Age: The Last Dragon, you can customize your characters with a variety of different face skins. In order to unlock them, you need to find the file HM_CPS_P0.mop in the folder \My Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override. Inside of it, you will find the face of your character, Kiva, which you can customize with the new face skin preset.

The first thing you need to do is download the face skin of your choice from the list of presets that you will find inside the folder. Next, open the.zip file and extract the folder to your device's library. Now that you have the face skin, you need to find the file that you can use to open it and use it to customize your character.
