KinderGebaren: Gebaren app is an interactive learning app designed for children and families of deaf and hard of hearing children. The app is made possible by NSGK and NSDSK in collaboration with New-impulse media. The app contains a collection of gestures, each with a corresponding picture, video, and sound fragment. The user can tap on the large play button or the smaller button under the name of the object to play/stop the video or sound fragment. The interaction between the child and the app, along with the combination of sound, image, and gesture, makes learning new information easier for children.
