KIA Assist is an additional vehicle accessory that can be purchased from any KIA dealer in Poland. It is available for both new and used cars. The KIA Assist kit includes a device and a free mobile application. The module utilizes features such as an accelerometer and GPS technology. Through a constant remote connection with the server and the application, the service provides a range of functions that enhance driver and passenger safety. The accident detection system alerts users of potential collisions, while the alarm feature keeps watch over the parked vehicle. Additionally, there is a speed limit notification function for parental control. The system also monitors the battery status to ensure the user never has trouble starting the vehicle.

Our solution eliminates the need for vehicle owners to remember their car's technical inspection - KIA Assist sends reminders for upcoming deadlines. The driver also has access to the real-time location of their car, making it easy to locate it in large parking lots or unfamiliar cities. Furthermore, users have the ability to activate the ignition lock directly from the application. After purchasing the service and installing the communication module at the dealer's service center, users create a new account in the KIA Assist application. Upon logging in, they add their vehicle by entering the serial number provided with the purchased device. The serial number is located in three places: on the communication module under the barcode, on the device packaging under the barcode, and on a sticker placed in the service book by the dealer at the time of purchase.
