Khmer eCard is a 2D Animated eCard app developed by Visal Chhourm. Designed to celebrate Water Festival 2020, this app offers a unique way to express yourself by swapping your face and your friend's face with cartoon character faces. With real-time animation, the app brings the scenes to life, providing a fun and interactive experience.

To create your personalized eCard, simply tap on the character's face, select your picture or take a new one, and add decorations to the animated scene. The app uses lower-level encoding techniques to ensure high-quality eCard video clip exports. You can save the videos to your device storage and share them via various platforms such as Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and email.

Khmer eCard also features special animated cards to celebrate Khmer New Year and Bon Om Touk, including Cambodian Trot Dance, Pailin Peacock Dance, Chayam Dance, Riding Bicycle to Pagoda, Boat Racing Card, Lantern Floating Card, and Washing Bowl Racing Card.
