What is the KH App?

The KH App is a free, convenient app to help you keep track of the carbohydrates you eat.

It can be used to keep a record of the daily amount of carbohydrates you consume. If you eat something, the app will automatically calculate the amount of carbohydrates in it and display the result on a graph.

The graph shows the amount of carbohydrates in your blood over the course of a day.

You can also add products to your list, edit the quantity and the unit of measurement. You can add multiple products and the total amount of carbohydrates can be viewed immediately at a glance.

If you have a favorite, you can add it to your list. A favorite is a group of products that you can add to your list at a later time. The total amount of carbohydrates can be viewed immediately at a glance.

If you want to remove a product, you can remove it from your list. The removal can be done at any time and the products can be added back to your list at a later time.
