KerForHome is a free Android app developed by D4P sas that allows you to report any malfunctions or anomalies to the manager of your property easily. It is designed to improve the communication between users and real estate managers. With KerForHome, you can follow the process of your reports in real-time and be informed of all the stages of treatment by the different stakeholders.

To use KerForHome, you need to have the identification provided by your real estate manager. The app adapts to your home and the common spaces in your residence. The process is simple: take a photo, choose the location and then the type of report, add a comment if desired, and send it.

KerForHome forwards the incident to your manager (promoter, lessor, or syndicate depending on the request) and helps them improve your quality of life. If your manager does not offer KerForHome yet, contact them to get it.

Please note that using KerForHome requires an active internet connection, either via a WiFi gateway or a mobile data subscription. In case of software issues, please report them to us for a quick correction.
