Keno Lottery, developed by Mertzsoft, is a free utility app that helps users generate numbers for the Keno lottery game. It requires no internet connection, making it accessible anytime and anywhere. With the app's three processing systems, users can generate a list of random numbers, calculate numbers against each other, or generate numbers with the same sum of the numbers entered.

However, the developer warns users to run tests with old winning numbers before playing with real money, as the app does not guarantee any winnings. Keno Lottery is only meant to assist users in picking numbers, rather than picking them randomly or struggling to decide which numbers to play.

Overall, Keno Lottery is a helpful app for users who need assistance in generating numbers for the Keno lottery game. However, users must use the app wisely and not solely rely on it to win the game.
