To ensure optimal functionality, it is recommended to keep the KATANA Safety app running in the background. Bluetooth must be enabled to connect the app with your KATANA Safety Arc or Wallet. Location services should be set to "Always Allow" for accuracy, with your location only used or recorded during an alert. An active data plan or Wi-Fi connection is required, and the app is compatible with iOS 10 or later.
