Juros Bancarios - Tabela SAC is an Android application developed by Droid Software that helps you calculate the real interest rates on your financing. With its new intelligent algorithm, IntelliRens2, the app provides faster and more precise calculations. The app eliminates the possibility of being deceived by lenders who quote lower interest rates than what you are actually paying.

The application offers two options for calculation. If you know the loan amount, interest rate, and the number of installments you want to pay, the app automatically calculates the installment amount. If you already have the installment amount along with the loan amount and the number of installments, the app automatically calculates the interest amount. Additionally, the app can generate a payment simulation using the Tabela SAC method, which provides the total paid amount, total interest, average installment amount, and average interest amount for each installment. The app also includes the Effective Total Cost (annual and monthly) for all simulations (by simply providing the rate values).

Moreover, the app allows you to compare the two interest systems - Tabela PRICE and Tabela SAC - by displaying the total paid amount, total interest, average installment amount, and average interest amount.
