Once you’ve added the extension, just press the button to connect to the site you’re looking for and start following your favorite team like a Pro.

In the top right menu, you can find an additional feature that lets you browse through the sites you’re subscribed to, in an organized list. By simply tapping on the name of the site, you can send it a quick request to be shown on your profile.
