JTI Partner New is a program focused on inventory control, reporting on product quality, and its availability on the shelf. The user is defined as a Ukrainian citizen over 18 years old, representing a retail point with a valid license for retail trade of specific products.

The program uses "Points" as virtual currency earned for completing tasks (monitoring inventory, product presence on the shelf) within the app. These points can be exchanged for additional benefits upon complying with the Program and Mobile App Rules. "Stars" are another virtual currency awarded for complying with the Program and Mobile App Rules and completing tasks (surveys, tests, and interactives), influencing the user's expertise level.
