JTA See & Say is a free safety and security mobile app designed specifically for riders. It provides a quick and discreet method for reporting safety concerns directly to the police. With this app, users can send photos, six-second videos, text descriptions, and locations of suspicious people or activities. The app offers two easy options for contacting the police: the "Report an Issue" button and the "Call 911" button.

The "Report an Issue" button allows users to send text or photos directly to the police. The app ensures discretion by automatically disabling the camera flash when photos are taken. Users can select locations and report categories to assist the police, and they also have the option to send reports anonymously. In areas with poor signal strength, reports are stored and sent when connectivity returns. The app prioritizes sending text descriptions before photos to provide the police with information as quickly as possible.

Additionally, JTA See & Say features BOLO (Be On the Look Out) Alerts. These alerts display information from the police about specific persons of interest, such as missing persons or children. If users encounter someone from a BOLO, they can immediately call 911 and send a discreet app report.
