Journey Up is a premium adventure PC game developed by Mechabit. It's a sandbox platformer featuring robots and supports multiplayer gameplay with up to four players. In it, they will attempt to climb out of dark mines using a variety of structures and platforms to help them ascend and escape. 

Similar in concept to Chained Together or Carry The Glass, Journey Up has players communicate and work together to overcome challenges to increase their chances of success. It supports VR and desktop modes and has a demo version that newcomers can check out to get a preview of its gameplay. 

Robot journey 

Journey Up is set in an obstacle-filled sandbox world where a group of robots tries to escape dark and decrepit mines by climbing their way out. They do so by scaling walls and structures that are bizarrely just floating in the air for some reason. Overcome all kinds of platforming challenges solo or with up to three other friends via online co-op. 

There are multiple unique biomes to discover and explore in Journey Up, and each one has its own set of challenges to overcome. The game offers two control options: The standard keyboard/mouse and the interesting motion-based movement with pretty realistic physics. Whichever you choose, you will be pulling yourself upward and stepping on ledges as you slowly climb higher and higher. 

There are two game modes you can choose from, with the first being Easy Mode, which lets you respawn at your highest checkpoint and resume from there. The other is Speedrun Mode, where checkpoints are disabled as you try to finish in the fastest time you can. Now, there is a slight learning curve to be had at the start to get accustomed to the controls.

All in all, Journey Up is a charming and height-defying adventure if you're a fan of sci-fi themes and climbing games. From its strange and vast worlds to its lovable robot characters, there is plenty about the experience it offers that you and your friends will like.
