Jottoo AI is a free AI productivity app where an AI takes notes, transcribes meetings, and summarizes them for you. It can also identify deadlines and follow-ups and turn them into completable tasks. Basically, it understands the whole meeting conversation rather than just simply transcribing every word.

Never miss a crucial detail

Jottoo AI transcribes and summarizes meeting recordings. It then highlights and provides a summary of key decisions and important information from the meeting so that you don’t have to reread everything from the transcription. However, the AI can still make mistakes in transcriptions, so it’s always worth reviewing important information manually first.

All notes are securely protected due to offline access and encrypted sync. It’s also free to use for seven days, but after that, a subscription is required to continue using its features. For those who haven’t created an account, they can try out a free demo of the platform.

Your personal meeting assistant

Overall, Jottoo AI is a meeting assistant that offers more than just transcribing your conversations. It turns discussions into summaries, tasks, and follow-ups, making your meetings more productive. Its offline mode and focus on privacy are big pluses, though the monthly subscription might not be the right fit for everyone.
