The first thing you should do after opening the game is to locate your truck and park it at the destination. You can drive anywhere you want in the open world. However, do not drive with no lights on your truck or you might run into a hazard on the road.

The game takes place in the night and you can choose the time of day you want to drive. This is not a racing game. The only way to earn money is to deliver cargo to the destination and collect money.

So deliver cargo as fast as you can and earn money. You will also get new sports cars and more cargo at each level and after finishing a level you will get a reward.
