"将棋アプリ将皇入門編" is an introductory app for beginners of shogi, a traditional Japanese chess game. It is designed to be accessible for those who find "将皇" too challenging and aims to provide a learning platform for newcomers.

The app offers several modes to enhance your shogi skills:

[Learn the Basics of Shogi]

This mode provides explanations of the rules and basic offensive and defensive strategies in shogi.

[Practice Matches]

In this mode, you can engage in practical game matches. Initially, you will receive handicaps to make winning easier. As you progress, the handicaps will decrease, and eventually, you will play under equal conditions.

[Problem Sets]

This mode offers problem-solving exercises in the form of basic shogi tactics and checkmate puzzles. There are 13 basic tactics, 15 offensive tactics, 10 defensive tactics, 20 basic checkmate puzzles, and 303 practical checkmate puzzles. The practical checkmate puzzles are carefully selected from past questions in "将皇" with high accuracy rates.

You can use your device as a shogi board and engage in offline player vs. player matches.
