健康在线掌上公卫 is a specialized public health system designed for residents and healthcare professionals, focusing on nationwide health follow-up, physical examinations, health record queries, migration, and audits. The program offers two login statuses: one for residents (currently not available) and another for healthcare professionals.

The program is divided into four main modules: Messages, Contacts, Tasks, and Functions. The Messages module displays the chat list, while the Contacts module showcases the user's friends and lists of doctors with permissions from contracted health centers, family planning agencies, hospitals, and clinics. The Tasks module is currently under development.

The Functions module is further divided into five categories: Health Records, Chronic Disease Management, Elderly Health, Health Education Management, and Health and Family Planning Supervision and Co-management.
