Jasmani is a free application that allows you to calculate a person's physical abilities and to determine their relative strengths and weaknesses. This application can be used to calculate the value of the TNI (Technical-Nursing-Isolation) Physical Fitness test, which has been adjusted to the latest rules where the physical fitness meter currently consists of 12 minutes of Running, Pull Ups, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Shuttle Run, and Chinning (for Women).

The application can also be used to calculate the value of the BSW (Basal-Swimming) test, weight classification, calorie counting, and the TNI (Technical-Nursing-Isolation) website.

The results of the calculations can be displayed in different ways.
