Jansunwai App is a citizen-centric mobile app designed to register and track citizens' grievances. The Mobile App links the User to the Jansunwai(IGRS) portal of the Uttar Pradesh Government, where grievances and suggestions can also be registered through the website (jansunwai.up.nic.in). This fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registering and tracking grievances through mobile phones. The aim is to provide each citizen with a user-friendly platform for the registration of complaints in an effortless manner, alongside tracking and monitoring of the same. A detailed tracking system has been implemented to ensure transparency of grievance redressal at all levels.
