IVENA eHealth PZC is a web-based system used for emergency disposition in various regions in Germany and Austria. This app is designed to assist the emergency medical personnel in determining the correct Patienten-Zuweisungs-Code (PZC) based on the initial diagnosis provided by the central control center during an emergency call.

It is important to note that this app can only be used in regions that utilize the PZC for patient assignment.

The app offers several features to aid the emergency medical personnel in their decision-making process. Users can search for the 3-digit Rückmelde-Indikation (RMI) using RMI groups or a full-text search. They can also create RMI favorites for quick access. Additionally, users can select the appropriate treatment urgency level (SK1 to SK3) and input the patient's age or calculate it from their date of birth. The app generates a 6-digit PZC based on these inputs.

Other useful functionalities include accessing the hospital overview provided by IVENA, online updates of the RMI, and the ability to share RMIs, RMI lists, and PZCs.
