To access this app, you'll need a user ID and a password. If you don't have these credentials yet, you'll have to register for an account at Ucard's official website. Once you have created an account, you can now access ITW Balance 4 UCARD. 

This tool is a third-party app and its developers are not affiliated with the developers of Ucard's official website. According to ITW Balance 4 UCARD's developer, the app will have an iOS version in the future.
