What makes iStair unique?

iStair is designed to be used as a complement to one's existing fitness routine. It is not a substitute for proper exercise, nor does it replace it. 

The app consists of 100 different, full-body exercises that are designed to be done continuously, in any position, with minimal to no effort. Each exercise is designed to target all of the major muscles and joints. The exercises can be done with the phone in your pocket or hand, and they only take a few minutes to complete.

How does iStair work?

The app is very easy to use. All you have to do is select the exercise you want to do, and then press the play button. The app will then guide you through the exercise, and will give you a score based on how well you performed. The app then tracks your scores over time, and displays them on the graph.

You can also set a target score, which is the score you want to achieve. The app will then keep you motivated, and will give you feedback and advice to help you reach your target score.
