Solve beautiful puzzles on calming backgrounds

Islands of Insight seamlessly integrates exploration and puzzle-solving. The main island, with its five distinct biomes, serves as your canvas for discovery. Traverse vibrant landscapes, unravel architectural wonders, and take to the skies to appreciate the world's verticality. The game encourages a non-linear approach, allowing you to go where you want and solve what you want—creating a personalized adventure tailored to your preferences.

The evergreen experience extends beyond puzzle-solving as the game allows you to customize your character, level up puzzle masteries, and unlock new abilities. You can also engage in daily quests and interact with other players in the shared world. With puzzles refreshing over time, each visit to the islands promises new discoveries. However, it should be noted that player interactions are limited to emoting other players, pinging locations, and inviting people to a group.

That means you cannot solve puzzles together, communicate clearly without using a third-party tool, or play cooperatively together. These caveats come despite the game being an online-only title. Another significant drawback is that some players experience server disconnection without any reason, and it happens at least once per hour, disrupting gameplay and causing frustration among users. The game also experiences occasional lagging and crashing.

Offline mode

Islands of Insight is also available offline, offering the same features as the online mode. In offline mode, you can explore a wide variety of puzzles and biomes with the same quantity and diversity of challenges as in the online version. Puzzles will respawn, and daily quests will be available. However, online-specific features like emoting or pinging other players will not be accessible in this mode.
