Islam teaches that God created the Universe and everything in it, and that He created mankind from nothing. It also teaches that the Universe is under the control of the Almighty, and that He can create new things in it and endow them with life and nature. This is the central belief in Islam, known as the Kalimah, and it forms the basis of Islam's legal system.

It is an important religious obligation for a Muslim to be truthful and to give accurate information about himself to others. There are five obligations that a Muslim must follow in his life: to believe in Allah, to believe in the Prophet, to believe in the Quran, to pray regularly, and to give to charity. A Muslim must believe in Allah and in the Prophet and in the Quran. A Muslim must also know that the Prophet was a true prophet and that the Quran is the word of God. A Muslim must give the correct information about himself to others and must teach his children the knowledge of the Quran and the Sunnah.
