This game is a direct sequel to the highly popular Iron Avenger: Battle for the Flying Island. The story picks up in the same universe as the previous game, but this time it is set in the year 2019. The world is under attack by an unknown enemy, and the only hope is the new multi-purpose weapons and armor developed by the US military.

The gameplay is similar to that of the previous game, but the story has been improved and the world has been expanded. The new weapons and armor have been redesigned and improved. Now, you can choose to fight the enemy with a single-shot rifle, machine gun, laser gun, grenade launcher, or rocket launcher. The gameplay is very simple and easy to learn.
