IR-WCMS Auto Fill Pro, from the IR-WCMS team, automates data entry on the IR-WCMS portal. It populates repetitive form fields, supports one-click Measurement Book entries, and maps inputs to portal parameters to reduce manual typing and typographical errors. The extension stores frequent project information locally and integrates with Chrome on Windows, macOS, and Linux desktops. It targets contractors, government officials, and administrators who need faster, more consistent reporting.

Automates repetitive IR-WCMS form entry with field-aware mapping

The extension performs targeted automation for specific portal modules rather than offering a generic autofill approach. It supports automated form completion across IR-WCMS modules, provides one-click entry for Measurement Book records, and uses intelligent field mapping to put values into the correct portal parameters. Key behaviours include:

• Automated form completion for repeated fields
• One-click Measurement Book data entry
• Field-aware mapping to match portal parameters

Lightweight browser presence suits multi-tab workflows

The extension is described as lightweight and integrates natively with Chrome, which keeps it unobtrusive during normal browsing. It is available for Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers on desktop platforms, so it operates within the browser process model without adding a separate application layer. Chrome Web Store delivery also means updates follow the browser’s automatic extension update mechanism.

Stores frequent project data locally; privacy depends on store policy

The tool offers local data persistence for frequently used project information, so repeated values are available without retyping. It is a third-party productivity enhancement for use with the official portal, and the extension’s handling of form data is documented on its Chrome Web Store listing. Users should review that listing and permissions to understand what data the extension records and where it is stored.

Best suited to desktop contractors and officials managing IR-WCMS records

The extension targets civil engineering contractors, government department staff, and administrative professionals in India who update IR-WCMS entries regularly. It does not run on mobile browsers because Chrome extensions are desktop-only, and it is optimized for the IR-WCMS ecosystem rather than general web forms. Within that niche it is reported as well-received by practitioners who run frequent portal submissions.

A practical desktop tool for frequent IR-WCMS submissions

IR-WCMS Auto Fill Pro is a practical option for contractors and officials who need fewer repetitive keystrokes when updating the portal. The extension’s third-party status and desktop-only delivery are trade-offs for its targeted fit. Practical tip: limit the extension’s permissions to the IR-WCMS domain in Chrome to contain its scope and review the Web Store privacy details before importing sensitive project data.
