IR e-Locos TSD is an application that helps in the process of locomotive repair and maintenance. The application contains guidelines and instructions for railway staff on the process of repair and maintenance of three-phase AC electrical motor vehicles, conventional locos, and EMUs. The guidelines are intended to assist railway staff to carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance work on the railways.

The application consists of two sections. The first section is a quick guide that will help the user to diagnose the problem. The second section is a detailed guide that will help the user to carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance work.
