IP-телефония от Phonet в CRM Otmechalka is a free Chrome extension that allows for seamless integration between the online CRM system Otmechalka.com and the Phonet telephone system. In order for the extension to work properly, users must be registered with CRM Otmechalka.com, have the "IP-телефония от Phonet" module connected and configured, be registered with the Phonet IP-телефония service, and have at least one phone number connected in their Phonet account.

Once installed, the extension provides several useful features. Firstly, when an incoming call is received on your phone number in the telephone system, a pop-up tooltip with information about the call is displayed in the browser, even if you are on a different website and not actively using the CRM Otmechalka page. Secondly, you can initiate a call to a client through the IP-телефония system by simply clicking on their phone number in CRM Otmechalka.
