The app utilizes a sophisticated algorithm that factors in various elements like 3D space motion of the Pole Star, precession, atmospheric refraction corrected for temperature and barometric pressure, nutation, parallax, and aberration. This results in an impressive overall accuracy of sub 0.1 arc-seconds.

With a 10-minute marker reticle, identical to the one found in iOptron telescope mounts since 2014, this app is essential for iOptron SkyGuider Pro, SkyTracker Pro, SkyGuider, and SkyTracker users. It also proves beneficial for other iOptron telescope mount owners and can be utilized with similar polar scope reticles in different brand telescope/camera mounts. The app seamlessly functions with iOS devices, automatically utilizing location services when available, and allows manual location input when necessary.
