To use the app, registration separate from spa membership is required. Input the email address and membership number provided during spa registration. If the email address is unknown, provide the membership number and birthdate for password delivery. Points are granted from app registration onwards and are credited the day after usage. Point accumulation rates may vary based on timing and campaigns.

Users can redeem accumulated points at the store counter before payment. Coupon usage requires presentation to staff at check-in, with staff managing the redemption process. Additional convenient features will be gradually incorporated into the app.
