Insellerate Click2Call is a click-to-call extension designed for the Insellerate version of Ytel's Cloud Contact Center agents. With this extension installed, agents can simply click on any phone number displayed as text in their browser, and it will automatically initiate a call in X5, Ytel's contact center platform.

Upon clicking a phone number, the Agent interface tab will be brought to the forefront, and the call will be launched seamlessly. This streamlines the calling process, eliminating the need for agents to manually dial numbers or switch between different applications.

To get started, users need to install the plugin and open the Settings page, where they will be prompted to enter their credentials. The extension also provides a convenient button on the browser toolbar for quick access to configuration settings.

When the extension is active and live, the icon on the toolbar will be displayed in blue, providing a clear indication of its status. Conversely, when the extension is inactive, the icon will appear grey, ensuring agents can easily identify whether the extension is enabled or not.
