The app offers a collection of short prayers crafted by the monks of Saint Meinrad Archabbey, a Benedictine monastery located in southern Indiana. Users can track their daily prayers throughout the month and utilize the text-to-speech feature to have the prayers read aloud.

Additionally, InnerMonk provides easy access to various resources related to Saint Meinrad, including websites, news, events, the "Echoes from the Bell Tower" podcast and blog, as well as live streams of Mass and Vespers from the Archabbey Church. Users can even submit prayer requests directly to the monks of Saint Meinrad through the app.
