Inalsa Care is an Android-based application designed to assist customers in logging a service complaint for any Inalsa product and monitor its status. Developed by Inalsa Customer App, this app is free to use and is compatible with Android 13.0 and above.

To use Inalsa Care, customers must first register by providing basic details such as phone number, address(es), preferred service time, and products used. Once registered, customers can quickly log a service complaint by providing product details, complaint description, and attaching supporting images or videos.

Inalsa Care also allows customers to monitor the status of their service complaint in real-time, from the time it is logged until it is resolved. This app provides an efficient and convenient way for Inalsa customers to report and track their service complaints.
