LinkedIn is a social network for professionals. In your profile, you can share your career history and add your network of contacts. As a part of that, you can upload a photo of yourself and see a preview of your photo. LinkedIn does not release information about your gender, race, or age. However, it is possible to count up how many men vs. women are on LinkedIn for a given company.

What is the basis of this idea?

If we want to see how many profiles are with a man's face compared to how many profiles are with a woman's face, we can search on the company, then go page-by-page through the results.

We use Face++ to detect the gender.

The results of this idea depend on the accuracy of face detection in your image.
