Image Text Extractor was built to help people copy written text from images and convert it to written text that can be pasted onto a document. It is very hit-and-miss, which will thrill some users and disappoint others. It doesn't do well with photographic images.

Pull words from images and have it translated into text

Image Text Extractor is often purchased by people who have lost their access to files and have taken screenshots of the text in hopes of recovering it. Sadly, the Image Text Extractor is very hit-and-miss, which means there are some images where the text is large and contrasted with the background that Image Text Extractor can translate very well. Then, there are certain types of images, and even certain font types that the Image Text Extractor will try to translate, but will get it wrong. The tool is very simple, you upload your image, and then try one of two extractor functions. Your text then appears on the app’s GUI where you may copy and paste it into your document. If one extractor function doesn't provide good results, then you can try the other function.

It may help you with your project

Image Text Extractor was inspired by the Google technology that is both able to read image text and interpret what is presented on an image, and it fills a need because Google has not released the technology to the public. Sadly, there are simply some images that the extractor cannot understand, and there is no way of knowing which images it will and will not translate into workable text. Even in best-case scenarios, there are sometimes words that have been mistranslated, but at the time of release, the Image Text Extractor was one of the best text-from-image extractors on the market since Google was the only company on the planet that had perfected image-text extraction when the Image Text Extractor app was released in 2014.
