ИКС Карта is a free mobile application and a plastic card that offers a combination of MTBank's best cards (MasterCard) functionality. The VIC card is configured through the application and can be used for making payments with a single card. The application offers features such as installment halva, cashback, Automap PayOkay, and bonuses halva Plus.

One of the unique features of the app is the "Map" mode, which allows users to attach their VIC card to a physical card and make payments with the former. Additionally, the "Rules" mode enables users to select different payment cards for different situations. For example, one can use a different card for a gas station and a store.

The application also allows users to order new cards and reissue expired ones with just a few clicks. The payment history can be viewed in the app, and payments can be made through the phone in a non-contact manner with NFC function for Android 4.4 and above.

To register in the application, users need to enter their VIC card details, and the card must be connected to the service of SMS-notification for successful registration.
