Igniter - Trojan Android Client is useful for browsing censored content and applications. It comes with a GEO Domain and transparent proxies. Users have the option to toggle “Enable IPv6,” “Verify Certificate,” and “Exempt Chinese Domain/IPs.” Igniter is easy to use thanks to its newbie-friendly user interface. 

However, you'll need a dedicated Trojan server for the application to work. App issues can be addressed by simply force-stopping the application and clearing the app data and cache.
