Follower Export Tool  is a browser extension from Converts Team built to turn Instagram follower and following lists into CSV files for easier sorting and analysis. Instead of copying usernames manually, users can enter an account, choose which relationship list to collect, and export the available data into a spreadsheet-friendly format.

The extension can also gather profile details such as biographies, follower counts, post counts, public email addresses, phone numbers, and external links when those fields are available. Exported profile data stays on the user’s computer, while task progress can be saved so interrupted extraction jobs can continue later.

Follower lists, minus the manual copy-paste

The program focuses on batch follower extraction rather than analytics dashboards or engagement automation. Users choose a follower or following list, start the collection process, and export the resulting data as CSV. The files can then be opened in spreadsheet software for filtering, sorting, research, or outreach. Available profile details depend on what each Instagram account exposes publicly.

Longer extraction jobs benefit from the extension’s resume function, which keeps users from starting over after an interruption. Task progress can be stored so collection continues from an earlier point, making the tool more practical for large lists. This convenience has a limit, though, because Instagram can restrict automated requests when too much information is collected too quickly.

The extension keeps its workflow relatively narrow, which helps users who only need structured audience data rather than a full social-media management suite. Local handling of exported profile information also reduces unnecessary movement of collected data. However, IGFollow still depends on Instagram’s access rules and page structure, so platform restrictions can interrupt exports or limit how much information becomes available.

Best when exports stay measured

Follower Export Tool works best for users who regularly need Instagram follower exports in a format that is easier to organize outside the social network. CSV output, resumable jobs, and optional public profile fields give marketers, researchers, and account managers a practical way to handle larger lists. The main trade-offs come from Instagram itself: automated extraction can encounter rate limits, while contact details and other metadata vary between profiles. Used with realistic expectations, it remains a focused data-export utility.
