iFungi AU is an Android application developed by MAAB Labs that helps you identify mushrooms in Australia using a fast identification system based on morphological and color features. The app provides detailed information about 497 mushroom species, with 1372 photos and 40 illustrated tables. You can browse through the pictures and information to find accurate identification and fun facts about each mushroom. The app also features a glossary of mycological terms with pictures, and a multiple-choice quiz to test your mycologic knowledge.

The app offers three ways to search for mushrooms: morphology and color, visual aspect by browsing the photos, and alphabetical order using two lists of scientific and common names. The entire database is integrated into the application and can be browsed without connecting to the Network and at no extra cost. However, it is important to note that mushroom identification and edibility should be determined by expert and certified mycologists or competent health control centers. Incorrect or incomplete information could cause serious injury, including intoxication or deadly poisoning.
