The IFS Next Approver Tool is a free Chrome extension designed to enhance the procurement process by providing quick access to approval information for Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within IFS Cloud. This tool automatically identifies Requisition No or Order No values on any webpage, allowing users to seamlessly integrate approval checks into their workflow.

When users hover over a relevant line, a tooltip appears, delivering comprehensive details such as the next approver, the approver’s sequence number in the workflow, and specific authorization levels. This functionality enables users to efficiently assess approval statuses and hierarchies without interrupting their current tasks, ultimately promoting a more efficient decision-making process.
