IFMS Odisha is a mobile application developed by the Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection, under the Finance Department of the Government of Odisha. The app is designed to manage the entire financial system of the state, starting from budget preparation, distribution, sanction order, and bill preparation till account reconciliation and submission to the Accountant General (AG). This app also facilitates electronic receipt for dues and taxes of the state government, works and forest provisioning, along with utilization certificate and funds management.

IFMS Odisha offers a bouquet of services that includes Government to Government (G2G), Government to Business (G2B), and Government to Citizens (G2C). The app's major functionalities are classified into three categories: Dash Board for the Senior Management of the State government (G2G), Reports for internal users of IFMS (G2G), and Citizen Centric Services (G2C) and (G2B).
