IECM Sistema Electrónico SEI is a mobile application developed by the Electoral Institute of Mexico City to provide an additional mode of voting and opinion gathering for the Election of Community Participation Commissions and Consultation on Participatory Budget 2023 andWith this app, users can register and cast their vote from their mobile devices.

The app allows users to register from 9:00 a.m. on April 13th until 5:00 p.m. on April 26th, 2023. Electronic voting and opinion gathering will take place from 9:00 a.m. on April 28th until 8:00 p.m. on May 4th, 2023. IECM Sistema Electrónico SEI is available for free on Android devices.
