IDENTIK PKH is an application provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia to record livestock data after vaccination against Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) as a support for FMD vaccination data collection. This application provides various information about livestock, owners, business units, and cages.

The application offers four features: Information on business units, owners, cages, and livestock data. The business unit feature provides information on livestock ownership, including establishment certificates, email, phone numbers, identity of PIC (NIK, name, gender, date of birth, phone number, address). The owner feature provides information on individual livestock owners, including NIK, ISIKHNAS ID, name, gender, age, phone number, and full address. The cage feature provides information on cage data that includes the cage name, capacity, status, address, and owner identity (name, NIK, phone number, gender, date of birth, full address). The livestock data feature provides information on livestock profiles, growth, medical records, insemination, milk production, and ownership.
