iMobile allows ICICI bank customers to perform numerous transactions directly through the use of their smartphone. Some core features include a Universal Payment Interface (known as a UPI), personalised banking offers, one-touch account maintenance and immediate access to customer service if a problem arises. There are more than 170 actions in total which the user can choose from within seconds. Some smart watches are also compatible with this application.
