Clients can create their first job in their home tab, and Establishments/Agencies can create their first job after their account is approved. Once a job is posted, freelancers can send their job applications, and clients can accept the application they prefer to start chatting.

In the freelancer chat, clients can create a contract (hourly or fixed price) by clicking on the "create contract" button located at the top right of the chat screen. It is important to note that users who register as an establishment/agency are required to pay a one-time fee of 50 USD.
